Vietnam women's volleyball team adds a special doctor from Australia
The Vietnamese women's volleyball team has gone half way to France, this morning Thanh Thuy and her teammates arrived in Dubai, spent 3 hours waiting before boarding the next flight to Europe.
On the next journey, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team added a special staff member, a doctor from Australia named Henry. The doctor, born in 1988, was introduced by Mr. Chau Le - Member of the International Relations Committee of the Vietnam Volleyball Federation.

"The law of the FIVB World Volleyball Federation is that the team must have a doctor, and that doctor must be recognized by the FIVB in terms of qualifications and experience. FIVB is ready to assist in arranging for the Vietnamese team a doctor when they come to France. However, there are also concerns about the language barrier," said Dong Chau Le.
Because of the above concerns, Mr. Chau Le introduced Dr. Henry to accompany the team to attend this FIVB Challenger Cup. Although born and raised in Australia, the doctor born in 1988 has Western parents and can speak Vietnamese.

Mr. Henry has a clinic in Melbourne near a crowded Vietnamese area, interacting with many Vietnamese patients, so Vietnamese medical terms are also easily accessible. Mr. Henry also has many years as a doctor of the Australian volleyball team, so he meets all the criteria that FIVB and the Vietnamese team need.
Thus, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team can be assured of health problems when an experienced doctor follows the team. Currently, Mr. Henry and members of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team have taken the next flight to France, which is expected to land this evening (Vietnam time).
